If all components to be injected are DNA and injection is into D. melanogaster embryos, the cost is $220/injection of 240 embryos; if there is RNA or protein in the injection mixture, or injection is into non-melanogaster embryos, the cost is $275/injection of 240 embryos.

We also offer injection and screening services for CRISPR projects with a visible selection marker (e.g., w+, GFP, dsRed etc.). The cost of the whole package is $550, which includes co-injecting gRNAs and donor into 480 nos-Cas9 embryos, setting G0 crosses, screening for the visible marker, and removal of the Cas9-containing chromosome from positive F1 animals (up to three).
